Today, on a regular busy Tuesday morning meeting in my boardroom, I took a little break for a snack.

Mistakenly, I dropped a flax-seed ball. A few minutes into the meeting, I saw an army of ants moving the big chunk of food to safety, so they can enjoy it later together, in privacy.
I was fascinated by their unity as they worked hard relentlessly and not one of them stopped to take a bite, or rest for a while. Running a fashion house with a workforce of over 800 people, I was so inspired by the oneness that a group of ants had to teach us.
There is beauty and power in unity. A certain sense of pride, loyalty and mutual respect for each other. Every day, I learn something new and great from nature.
